Established on May 20, 2013, Chongqing Hengjieyuan Building Intelligence Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the New Third Board Market listed property management company Chongqing Tianjiao Joyful Life Services Corporation (stock code: 835422) subordinate to Sincere Holdings, has the qualifications for intelligent building security engineering as well as maintenance, overhaul and renovation of elevators and escalators, and devotes itself to providing customers with one-stop comprehensive solutions and life-cycle management services based on the two major development engines of professional equipment repair, maintenance, transformation and entrustment operation as well as house repair.

Under Sincere Holdings’ strategic layout of “commercial, residential and industrial integration”, the Company adheres to the “quality creating value” service concept, improves itself constantly and makes every effort to provide professional engineering technology support for nationwide projects belonging to all platforms of the Group, participate in early intervention of equipment and facilities of Tianjiao Joyful Life Services Group, and undertake the inspection, repair, maintenance, transformation, entrusted operation, rectification of sporadic works, indoor decoration, house repair, etc.
