  • The First Institute of Oceanography, SOA

    Founded in 1958, formerly known as the Fourth Institute of Oceanography of Chinese Navy, incorporated into State Oceanic Administration in 1964, the First Institute of Oceanography, SOA is a comprehensive oceanographic institute engaged in fundamental research, applied fundamental research and social non-profit services. It covers an area of over 170 mu and is located in Laoshan Institute and Aoshan Institute (under construction) areas in Qingdao, Shandong. With the tenet of promoting the progress in ocean technology and serving the marine resource and environment management, national maritime security and marine economy development, the institute is an important oceanographic research entity of the national scientific and technological innovation system. Its major research fields cover distribution and change law of natural environment elements in offshore, oceanic and polar seas of China, including marine resources and environmental geology, occurrence mechanism and prediction methods of oceanic disasters, air-sea interaction and climate change, change law of marine ecological environment, protection and comprehensive utilization of island and coastal zone, etc.
     

  • Jinan Yaoqiang International Airport

    As the second largest civil airport in Shandong Province, located in Ji'nan which is a central city in Around-Bohai-Sea region and the lower and middle reaches of the Yellow River and also one of five major cities in East China, Jinan International Airport, also known as Jinan Yaoqiang International Airport, is an airport with international navigation conditions and for joint use by Ji'nan, Zibo, Tai’an, Liaocheng, Dezhou, Binzhou, Jining, Heze and other places in central and western Shandong. Its specific site is within the jurisdiction of Lin'gang Sub-district Office, Licheng District and Gaoguanzhai Town, Zhangqiu District of Ji'nan City. It is 28.5km to the downtown area, covers an area of 6200 mu, and is one of important entry portals and arterial airports in China and a base airport of Shandong Airlines, China Eastern Airlines and Shenzhen Airlines.
     

  • Tusincere Shenzhen Science Park

    As the firstly launched park project of the Shenzhen eastward development strategy, Tusincere Shenzhen Science Park is constructed cooperatively by Longgang District government and Tusincere Group, positioning itself as the headquarters-clustering, industrial, residential and commercial integrated and urban central intelligence region. It is an “industry-oriented, industrial, residential and commercial integrated” scientific and technological industry complex, designed to be a demonstrative park in transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements in South China.
    With a floor area of 192,000m2 and a total building area of 830,000m2, the project is an industrial and urban intelligence complex integrating industrial R&D office, innovation & entrepreneurship incubation, supporting business and talent apartment. The whole park will be constructed in 4 phases. The first phase will be completed and put into operation in August 2018, and thereafter, one phase will be completed every year. The park will be fully completed and put into operation by 2021.
    Centering on transformation of scientific and technological achievements, the park establishes the technology R&D platform, entrepreneurship incubation platform and scientific & technological finance platform, focuses on developing intelligent manufacturing, information Internet, environmental & health, scientific & technological and cultural creativity industries, and covers life-cycle carriers of maker space – incubator – accelerator – R&D center and enterprise headquarters. Currently, Tusincere Shenzhen Science Park has been listed in the scope of major projects by Guangdong Province and Shenzhen City respectively.  

  • Intelligent Equipment Industrial Park in Dianzhong New Area

    Located on both east and west sides of downtown area of Kunming City, Dianzhong New Area is the core area of Dianzhong industry cluster district, and its initial planned scope covers Anning City, Songming County and partial area of Guandu District, with an area of about 482km2. The Park has favorable location conditions, strong strength in scientific and technological innovation, obvious industrial development advantages, high regional comprehensive bearing capacity and good foundation for opening up and cooperation.
    Dianzhong Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park covers industrial park, office building and exhibition hall, and has a total building area of about 229,147.73m2 including factory building area of about 177,821.44m2 and office occupancy area of about 49,278.91m2, a total of 570 parking spaces, the landscape area of about 45,216.2m2, green space rate of 19.83%, building density of about 27.11% and plot ratio of about 1.0435.
    Dianzhong Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park Project has a total of 28 buildings, including 5 office buildings, of which buildings A1, A7 and A23 are leased by various state-owned enterprises, central enterprises and public institutions, and building A2 is the major office building of Dianzhong New Area Management Committee. There are 13 small and large-sized multifunctional conference rooms, 34 guest rooms and one staff canteen.
    There are totally 23 factory buildings in the industrial park, of which building A28 covers canteen for staff working in the industrial park (equipped with private rooms), convenience store, KTV and other convenience facilities. Other factory buildings are mainly used for large-sized intelligent manufacturing industries, most of which produce intelligent products such as smartphone accessories and smart watches in robot-operated workshops.  

  • Dianzhong Smart Utility Tunnel Control Center

    Covering an area of 423m2, the Smart Utility Tunnel Exhibition Hall applies a variety of multimedia presentation means to make visitors systematically understand the utility tunnel construction condition in Dianzhong New Area, basic knowledge of comprehensive and smart utility tunnels and intelligent control technology of comprehensive monitoring platform as well as have an in-depth understanding of operating process through interactive experience.

    The whole project is divided into three parts: exhibition hall, control center and visiting section.  

    The exhibition hall is divided further into 6 areas: initiation area, understanding area, acquaintance area, interaction area, outlook area and signature area. 

  • Chengdu Sincere Center

    Located at 90 East Fuqing Street, Chenghua District, Chengdu, the Chengdu Sincere Center is a comprehensive property covering residence, office building and business, with a total floor area of about 50,000m2 and building area of over 220,000m2. The project consists of 1 office building, 1 five-star hotel building, 1 Starlight Street and quality residence. There are 252 office households, 820 residential households, 156 commercial households and 1058 underground parking spaces.  

  • Zhonghuan Sincere Center

    Consisting of 6 commercial office buildings, 50,000m2 of commercial management area and 70,000m2 of garage area, Zhonghuan Sincere Center was managed by a commercial company before takeover by the property management company in December 2016, and currently, the charging area is 190,000m2.

  • SFC Sincere Center

     Located at 99 Wuyi Road, Yuzhong District, Chongqing and with a total building area of about 217,000m2, SFC Sincere Center is an urban complex consisting of 2 super high-rise office buildings, i.e. Ping An International Finance Center and Guangdong Development Bank Tower, and the commercial podium Sincere Starlight Plaza.
    The garages are located at B1 to B4, have totally 853 parking spaces and are connected with Jiefangbei underground ring road. They are managed by a professional garage management team to perfectly solve customers’ parking trouble.
    Sincere Starlight Plaza Shopping Center occupies the 1F to 7F of the podium, gathers international top brands, niche designer brands, imports supermarket, high-end restaurants and big cinema, creating a perfect shopping experience.   • Citension Property Service Center

    Sincere Citension is located at 9 East Daxuecheng Road, New West City, Shapingba District, Chongqing. It has a total floor area of about 390,000m2 and a planned building area of about 1,020,000m2 including about 800,000m2 of residential building area and about 220,000m2 of commercial building area. With an overall development period of 5 years, the project is scheduled to be developed in eight phases; currently, the residences of phases I and II have been developed, and phases III to VIII are in planning and design, of which the construction is predicted to be fully completed in 2015.
    From June 2013, Citension started the delivery of phase-I houses, with a total of 2301 households delivered and a total building area of 263,100m2. In the community, there are totally 1300 parking spaces including 130 parking spaces above the ground and 1170 under the ground, and the pedestrian-vehicle separation is implemented. The community layout plan is set at the main gate of the community; main road junctions are provided with signposts, and obvious unit and house number signs are also provided. The building area of property service rooms located in garages of buildings 1 and 2 within the property management area is 956m2 and owned by all owners, and such rooms are used without compensation by property service provider within the service contract period.
    Sincere Citension is under management by Citension Property Service Center subordinate to Chongqing Tianjiao Property Management Services Co., Ltd.   • Caiyun Lake Property Service Center

    Sincere Caiyun Lake I is located beside the Caiyun Lake Wetland Park, Erlang Hi-Tech Park, Jiulongpo District, Chongqing. It has a total land area of 156,000m2, total building area of 235,000m2, green space rate of 31.26% and plot ratio of 1.4. The community has a total of 1,007 residential households and 70 commercial households, and owns a total of 869 parking spaces (76 parking spaces above the ground, and 793 under the ground). It was delivered in three phases as of March 2009, and currently, 188 households have moved in the community, with an occupation rate of 11%.
    Caiyun Lake Community has achieved closed-off management and pedestrian-vehicle separation, and the community periphery is mounted with infrared monitoring system for 24-hour monitoring of such periphery; the 24-hour two-way direct communication with owners is achieved with the intercom system set in the security and fire monitoring center; the community entrances are installed with electronic access control system; the fire system adopts temperature detection, smoke detection, automatic spraying and other advanced monitoring technologies and will give an alarm automatically in case of a fire; the ventilation equipment will start up automatically to timely and effectively control any dangerous situation; there are also 10 high rise elevators, secondary water supply system, self-provided generator sets and other equipment in the community. It has a total planned land area of 203,390m2, total building area of 391,342.75m2, green space rate of 33.19%, plot ratio of 2.273 and building density of 30.2%. The community has a total of 1,255 residential households and was delivered in three phases as of March 2008. Currently, 910 households have moved in the community, with an occupation rate of 72.5%.

  • TOWN City Property Service Center

    Sincere TOWN City is located at the entrance of Jinkai Avenue and guarding the starting point of New North Zone. It is designed by MAP Architect Firm of American to create a first high-end community of pure Spanish style. With the total planned land area of 149,013m2, the building area of 140,111m2 and the green space rate of 34%, the property types include townhouse, garden house, apartment and commercial shop. Sincere TOWN City has a total of 566 residential households and 97 commercial shops. It passed the completion acceptance in March 2008, and owners moved in their houses successively as of December 2006.
